My bespoke sleep packages offer a range of personalised one-to-one support, giving you the confidence to transform your child’s sleep for the better!
Once you have placed an order through my online shop, you will receive an email within 24 hours with an online assessment form to complete and an invite to start tracking your baby’s sleep on an app to allow me to collect 5 days of data.
We will mutually agree a start date for packages that offer WhatsApp support (Silver, Gold and Platinum).
Bronze packages can commence at any point as this is parent led without real time support.Â

This is an opportunity for you to seek support on a particular sleep challenge such as early rising, split nights, age appropriate routine advice, transitioning your baby to their own room, transitioning from a cot to a bed or getting sleep back on track after an illness or holiday. Following the 30 minute phone appointment, you will receive a personalised summary to give you tips and advice you can implement right away. Please note that no bespoke sleep plan or follow up support is offered; see my sleep support packages for options on services which provide an in-depth plan and additional support.

Frequently asked questions about my Services.
It is my purpose as a child sleep coach to educate families on sleep hygiene, the biological needs of sleep, safe sleep practices, to review the individual sleep needs of your child and advise on approaches to improve their sleep with support and guidance.Â
I will assess the sleep environment your child sleeps in and make recommendations to promote sleep. There are so many variables to look at which will be unique to each family.
I will analyse your child’s sleep need via a sleep diary and advise best on how to balance this sleep across a 24 hour period.
The approaches to settling that will be recommended for you in your bespoke sleep plan will closely align with your family’s parenting philosophy and lifestyle. So it’s important to have an open discussion about any boundaries or requirements before they begin. As a child sleep coach, I support my families with multiple approaches. Parenting is not a one size fits all approach and neither is sleep. Â
Sleep is a a fundamental process in which your body and brain repair, restore, and re-energise. There is a significant amount of research that has proven that a lack of consistent sleep does not only delay children’s’ development but also compromises their immune system and may leave them more susceptible to physical and mental health conditions later on in life. Not to mention the negative affects it can have on your own sleep, mental health and relationships. Being a parent is tiring enough and sleep deprivation on top of that is far from sustainable.
This really depends on quite a few factors as every child is different and each family has different needs. It also depends on the approach chosen in your bespoke sleep plan. Most of my families see changes within a few days. However, for some it can take a bit longer (particularly in children over 12 months old) but most children will be sleeping better within 2 weeks IF you are consistent and follow the recommendations outlined in your sleep plan.
The coaching service I offer does not support cry it out. This is a settling approach I do not offer my families. Although there is research to support this approach in certain circumstances, I do not feel it is a method that is beneficial to parents as it is so tough to hear your child’s cry for prolonged periods without comforting them.Â
There are various approaches I can talk through which offer much more reassurances in responding to your child when settling them for sleep.
However, it is worth noting that no approach will guarantee no crying since this is the only way your child can communicate with you – including a protest to change!  As a sleep coach, I am here to offer you the support needed around crying during the process.
You can book a free 15 minute consultation call through my website. This initial call will identify if sleep support and my approaches are suitable for your needs. I can talk through the services I offer to see which would be the best fit. The level of support I offer is dependent on which package you decide to select. Once we agree to work together and full payment has been received, you will be provided with a link to complete an online assessment form and an invite to download a sleep tracking app (unless you already track sleep and you can provide me with a report) which will allow me to create your bespoke sleep plan. Upon completion of your assessment form and receipt of your five days sleep diary, I will provide your bespoke sleep plan within 72 hours, we will agree a start date for your support to commence and the journey to better sleep will begin!
I first trained as a sleep coach in 2022 with a certification in Psychology of Child Sleep Training which is accredited by the IICT. In March 2025, I completed OCN Level 6 Sleep Practitioner programme with Distinction from London School of Childcare Studies. Furthermore, in January 2026 I completed my second OCN Level 6 qualification through EDS Training in Advanced Paediatric Sleep. The child sleep coaching industry is currently unregulated, meaning it is so important for me to invest in keeping up to date with the most recent training, research and approaches to best support the families that choose me.

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds once a sleep plan has been issued, as I whole heartedly believe that if you follow the plan offered, utilise my support, and more importantly remain consistent – you will see changes. Please see my terms and conditions for more.
