I provide personalised 1:1 guidance tailored to your baby’s needs and your family’s lifestyle. My approach is:

Is Hush Baby Sleep Right for Your Family?
I help your baby (and your family) sleep better, faster, and more independently.
Here’s How I Help:
- Babies 4–14 months: Teach independent sleep in just 3–5 days using my proven approach.
- Toddlers 14+ months: Build healthy routines, end bedtime battles, and reduce night wakings.
- Virtual Support: Get guidance every step of the way, wherever you are.
What I Don’t Do:
- I don’t rely on slow “gentle” methods as my aim for a full, rapid transformation.
- I don’t teach cry-it-out or extinction methods as those are things you can do without a coach.
- I don’t support families wishing to continue to bedshare

Every plan is thoughtfully tailored to your child, your parenting approach, and your family’s individual needs—because no two children sleep the same way. For this reason, I do not offer generic routines or one-size-fits-all methods. Your support is designed specifically for your child.
Following a holistic assessment of your current sleep challenges and a detailed analysis of a five-day sleep diary, I create a personalised plan aligned with your goals and your child’s developmental stage.
You’ll be supported with clear guidance, evidence-based strategies, and the confidence to implement lasting change—alongside ongoing reassurance and professional support throughout the process.
Sleep progress isn’t always linear, but with the right knowledge and support, navigating it can feel clear and manageable. That’s where I help.
