My Silver package offers bespoke sleep support for parents that would like real time support in adjusting their child’s sleep for the better (suitable for children 4 months – 4 years old).

What’s Included?

  •  Assessment of current challenges and analysis of a 5 day sleep diary
  •  Bespoke sleep plan for your child
  •  Comprehensive guide of settling approaches
  •  One week of WhatsApp support (this includes messages and voicenotes)

How it works?

I will ask you to complete an assessment form and track your baby’s sleep for 5 days in a sleep diary I will provide to you. This will provide me with the information required to create a bespoke sleep plan to tackle the challenges you have raised. This will be issued to you by email a few days before the confirmed start date. A detailed guide will also be included to demonstrate how to correctly carry out the suggested settling approach(es) as part of the sleep plan.

I will then be available to provide support to you via WhatsApp between 9.00am and 9.00pm for seven consecutive days.

Please note: once you have purchased your package, I will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm a start date and provide your assessment form and your sleep diary.

Platinum Sleep Package

£549

Firstly, I will ask you to complete an assessment form and 5 days of sleep tracking data which will provide me with the information required to create a bespoke sleep plan to tackle the challenges you have raised. 

A detailed guide will be provided to demonstrate how to correctly carry out the recommended methods to settle your child.

I will then be available to provide support to you via WhatsApp daily (Monday – Sunday) for three weeks between the hours of 9.00am-9.00pm to use anytime within 12 months!

A moving on plan will be provided to allow you to support your little one through their next nap transition and offer advice on other areas of child sleep such as navigating illness, teething, starting childcare and sleep away from home. 

Imagine the confidence knowing that you will have a sleep coach in your pocket for a whole year to help you navigate any sleep curve balls.

Additional Services

Extra week of WhatsApp support ~ £119

This service is available to anyone who may have purchased a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum package and feel they would benefit from an extra week of daily WhatsApp support.

Extra week of email support ~ £79

This service is available to anyone who may have purchased a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum package and feel they would benefit from an extra week of daily email support.

Moving on plan ~ £49

This bespoke plan will cover your child’s next nap transition including any upcoming clock changes. Only available to package clients.

Gold Sleep Package

£399

Firstly, I will ask you to complete an assessment form and 5 days of sleep tracking data which will provide me with the information required to create a bespoke sleep plan to tackle the challenges you have raised. 

A detailed guide will be provided to demonstrate how to correctly carry out the recommended methods to settle your child.

I will then be available to provide support to you via WhatsApp daily (Monday – Sunday) for two weeks between the hours of 9.00am-9.00pm.

A moving on plan will be provided to allow you to support your little one through their next nap transition and offer advice on other areas of child sleep such as navigating illness, teething, starting childcare and sleep away from home. 

Silver Sleep Package

£329

Firstly, I will ask you to complete an assessment form and 5 days of sleep tracking data which will provide me with the information required to create a bespoke sleep plan to tackle the challenges you have raised. 

A detailed guide will be provided to demonstrate how to correctly carry out the recommended methods to settle your child.

I will then be available to provide support to you via WhatsApp daily (Monday – Sunday) for one week between the hours of 9.00am-9.00pm.

Bronze Sleep Package

£229

Firstly, I will ask you to complete an assessment form and 5 days of sleep tracking data which will provide me with the information required to create a bespoke sleep plan to tackle the challenges you have raised. 

A detailed guide will be provided to demonstrate how to correctly carry out the recommended methods to settle your child.

You will then have one week of email support (this is one email a day) and I ask you send a detailed log of your child’s sleep from the previous 24 hours. This will allow me to provide you with any suggestions and tweaks in an email to encourage your confidence in maintaining great sleep.

Bronze

Following your purchase of a Bronze sleep package, I will ask you to complete an assessment form which will provide me with the information required to create a bespoke sleeping plan to tackle the challenges you have raised.

Once the sleep plan has been issued, you will have email support for seven days. During this time I will provide one email a day supporting your journey whilst you implement the changes detailed in the sleep plan giving advice and guidance as needed.
